The Program
Be there 15 minutes before your class as ready as you can be.
On your first day with us, one of our Team members will give you an introduction to the school during that time, so you know where to find anything you need.
Usually your lesson consists of:
15 minutes briefing and preparation
2hrs tuition and exercises
15 minutes debriefing and derigging

Do I have to bring my own shoes and wetsuit?
Shorties are included, but if you freeze easily and you don't have your own shoes we recommend buying or renting some ahead of your lesson
